No Joke: Mad Men To Return!

Thanks to daughter Tammy, I heard this welcome news this morning (it was actually announced last night, ensuring that it's not a cruel April Fool's gag): Mad Men will get at least a fifth and sixth season (with a seventh a possibility, although it would mark the show's finale)! Slightly shorter episode lengths seem to be the biggest compromise that show runner Matthew Weiner had to make, although even that may be reversed for DVD or VOD viewers. The other bad news is that Season Five won't premiere until March of next year, which is a heck of a long time to wait for more Madison Avenue goodness. But at least it's coming back, with all of its key parts intact!
