Huge Anti-Trust Case In California

Having spent over 20 years in the software business, this article about Apple, Google and other high tech Silicon Valley companies agreeing not to poach from each other in order to keep employee salaries from ballooning just blows my mind.  Greed really does rule the day whenever money's on the table, doesn't it?  Even obscenely large quantities of money.
