AgileMan: I spent 2 years as the Agile Manager of a company during its transition from a traditional Waterfall software development process to an Agile approach. It didn't take long for "Agile Manager" to get shortened down to "AgileMan," and considering my love of the comic book genre, that was just fine by me! I've written two books about our experiences over that period of time, which you can preview (and, if you like what you see, even buy!) by simply clicking on their images above.

Oh sure, try to hire someone ahead of me. This is just great! Some super hero you are. "Hi this is my side kick. No I don't think he could ever take over for me. I mean I mostly sit at home drinking while he does most of the actual crime fighting stuff, but still, he just doesn't have a full understanding of the complexity of the situation."
