Wow, That's Cold!

I just put the garbage and re-cycle material out to the curb, and I did so in my usual (year-round) garb: shorts and a T-shirt (in the winter I add running shoes, as I had on tonight). Normally I can do that and not really be bothered by the cold as long as I get it done in a couple of minutes or less, but tonight the wind was whipping right through me from the moment I stepped outside. Nasty!

And just think: we've had snow on the ground for several weeks already, and we're still not even close to the official start of winter yet! It's gonna be a long one, people...
