First, for those who love Heroes like I do, you may want to check out this Q&A with 2 of the writers. It's pretty much spoiler-free since the guys don't want to give anything away. One of the bits I liked was the 'reveal' that there'll be 23 episodes in Season 1! That's a pretty high count, and very good news.
Next, if you woke up this morning and asked yourself, "I wonder if it's even possible for a healthy young woman to break her vagina?" you may be interested in reading Valerie D'Orazio's account of just that within the context of blogging about her life as a sometimes comic professional. It's a long read (I haven't gotten all the way through it) but seems interesting so far.
Finally, politics in our neck of the woods gets skewered pretty nicely by Rick Mercer, on his blog as he rips into Dianne Haskett under guise of extolling her virtues as a puppet of the Conservatives. I was personally very happy to see Ms. Haskett leave for the U.S. - if ever there was a climate suitable to her gay-hating, intolerant mindset, the Bush Empire has been it - but now that she's threatening to come back into our lives, I'm worried anew. Scary stuff.

Interesting to read how the "Heroes" writers work so closely on each episode... almost sounds like an incremental team-based product delivery process.
PeterJ, him make funny!!
Did you notice how much the Diane Haskett election signs look like the Bush-Cheney '04 signs?
It's really quite astounding. From afar, it even looks like the red and white box thing looks like a small American flag.
