The hoped-for chatter at work around the Characteristics of an Agile Feature Team document that I sent out has now started up on our forums, with questions already being raised like "what if our team doesn't fit nicely into one of the stages?" and "what if members of the same team disagree on where the team fits?" This is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for, as it shows people are starting to think - and talk! - about this stuff now.
And we rolled out the subscription tool for the forums and blogs today, so that anyone who wants to take part in the discussions can easily do so. No one can say we're not trying!
