Loved this article about a Connecticut reporter catching Best Buy using an intranet site within their stores to convince customers that the low price they saw on the Internet at home wasn't right! "Well, let's go look that up.. no, no, look here... it's advertised at $199.99, not $179.99 like you thought you saw!"

Oh that is so bad....this bothered me too in the article:
"repackaging used merchandise and selling it as new"
No more Best Buy buying for me! Hmmmm...I wonder if that means I should boycott Future Shop too?
