And once again, all of the answers to these questions were presented in previous posts of mine, with the exception of the Brooklyn Bridge, as you'd had to have clicked on the Wikipedia link I included, and read the first sentence or two there for that one! I like to reward people for taking the time to read what I write!
I knew it was Captain America - I couldn't remember the issue though...
