I'll put the actual answers in the Comments to this blog entry, so as not to ruin it for future visitors, but first I'd like to point out that every question asked could've been solved by reviewing older posts of mine. I'll provide the pertinent links below, in case anyone's interested. If you haven't gotten your answers in yet, add them as Comments to the original post without checking out what anyone else guessed.
1) sidekick Jason Todd's superhero identity
2) My 2 Favourite Stories, including the cover of one
3) The Marvel title in which the Kree/Skrull War ran
4) Four members of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
5) For a third holder of Petey's heart, see the Comments here (the first two are obvious)
6) I wrote an entire post on my affection for the 'Marvel Justice League'!
7) The mind-wiping JLAer also got a complete write-up
8) Admittedly obscure, but this momentous Professor has been mentioned previously
9) Our third trip to this post, to read the crippling tale of a heroine
10) And finally, a third trip to another post of mine, chock full of tons of comic goodness, including the two blonde beauties who broke my heart by taking a dirt nap

For those too lazy to follow any of the links to find them on your own, the answers are:
1) Robin, the 2nd Boy Wonder
2) Superman (my 2 stories were Superman vs the Amazing Spider-Man and Crisis on Earth-1 and Earth-2, with JLA # 21's cover on the post in case you weren't sure which JLAers were in the story)
3) Avengers
4) The four members mentioned in my blog entry were: Prof Nemo, the Invisible Man, Mr Hyde and Allan Quartermain. Acceptable answers could also include Mina Harkness and possibly Mycroft Holmes. Definitely not allowed are Dorian Gray and Tom Sawyer!
5) Any three of: Betty Brant, Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson and Liz Allen.
6) Squadron Supreme, of course
7) As mentioned in a PopCultRefs post: Zatanna, the backward-spelling magician
8) Prof Erskine, as seen most recently in Bullet Points, PeterJ!
9) Barbara "Babs" Gordon, transitioning from Batgirl to Oracle, 'thanks' to the Joker's sadism
10) Gwen Stacy and Supergirl *sob*
Blog Points awarded (all decisions are final, unless you change my mind, of course!)
PeterJ: 4 BPs
Hinckley: 1 BP
Vicki: 6 BPs (awarded some 1/2 points where more than one answer was provided)
Tammy: 2 BPs
If we get any further guesses from others, I'll trust them to have not read the answers before providing theirs.
Just two things to note:
"every question asked could've been solved by reviewing older posts of mine". Or by using a search engine; neither's fair. :)
"Prof Erskine, as seen most recently in Bullet Points, PeterJ!" Yeah, for three pages in the first issue when we (well, I) didn't really know what the series was even about, let alone details of the backstories of most of the characters. My knowledge of Cap is limited to the (horrendous) movie---in which Erskine apparently doesn't appear---and occasional cameos in other books.
A good quiz; and I think second place is pretty decent, given that first went to someone with the "in" of living with you. :)
You're right, I should've worded it as: "... could be known just from having read my blog, lo, these past 3 months." I was trying to say that someone who'd never read a comic book but had paid close attention to my ramblings would have a pretty good chance of getting all of the answers. That's all. We definitely don't want people using search engines to answer trivia quizzes, as that takes all the fun out of them!
